Returns and Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the conclusion of the contract in the case of the sale of Digital Products, and 14 days from the day you physically receive the goods in the case of the sale of Physical Goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Licensoft di Cardelli Antonino, Via Trento 5/A, 20015 Parabiago, telephone: +39 3925580413, email: info@amlstore.it) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement (for example, a letter sent by post, email, or certified email/PEC).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

In the case of the sale of Physical Goods: we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

1. goods or services whose price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond the trader’s control;
2. goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
3. goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
4. sealed goods not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed;
5. goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
6. alcoholic beverages whose value depends on market fluctuations;
7. urgent repair or maintenance contracts (except additional services or goods not specifically requested);
8. sealed audio, video recordings, or computer software once unsealed;
9. newspapers, periodicals, and magazines (except subscriptions);
10. contracts concluded at a public auction;
11. accommodation, transport, car rental, catering, or leisure services with a specific performance date;
12. digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they lose the right of withdrawal.
