Frequently asked questions
How does sharing between members work?
After activation, the primary user can invite up to 5 other people via email from the Microsoft account dashboard. Each member signs in with their own email and has a completely separate and private environment.
Is Copilot AI available for all members?
Microsoft Copilot is included only for the primary subscription holder. Other members have full access to all Office apps but not to Copilot AI features.
How many devices can I install the apps on?
Each person can install the apps on up to 5 devices at the same time. Includes Windows PCs, Macs, iOS/Android tablets and smartphones. There are no limits on the total number of installations.
Is the code valid for renewals as well?
Yes. The Product Key can be used both to activate a new Microsoft 365 Family subscription and to renew an existing subscription. No limitations.
Which apps work offline?
Desktop versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote work fully offline after installation. Internet is only required for activation, updates and cloud synchronization.
